The Senior Product Manager will join our Product Team and will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, marketing, customer success, support and clients to ensure company KPI-s and customer satisfaction goals are met. Key Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for all Cornix products, including the native mobile app and website application.
- Write elaborate results driven PRD-s (specs) and translate them into User Stories that will help manage efficient development execution, instruct and oversee UI/UX wireframes and design creation, and define product roll-out strategy.
- Maintain a constant pulse on our community members to understand their needs and the problems they face whilst gathering feature requests and prioritizing them into our Roadmap.
- Manage and improve roadmap planning and product development tracking tools and processes.
- Constantly evaluate the impact of your solutions through both quantitative and qualitative measures and a plethora of product analytics and engagement tools.
- Develop a deep understanding and vision of our product, customers, the market and competition.
What You Have
- 5+ years of direct product management experience.
- Successful track record of launching software products at a SaaS company.
- Great product sense, and an ability to incorporate both qualitative customer insight and quantitative user data to drive product decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bias towards action and results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- BSc in Computer Science or closely related.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in high growth B2C or B2B2C SaaS startups – Big plus.
- Experience in working on both web and mobile products.
- Familiarity with the following tools: Jira, Mixpanel, Figma, Intercom, Hotjar, Grafana.
- Prior fintech or entrepreneurial experience.
- Knowledge of the Crypto and Stock-Trading industries.
