Is there a free trial?
Yes. New users get a 14-day free trial of the Premium plan, with no payment details required.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Paying annually costs about 33% less than paying monthly, which works out to roughly four months free. The yearly saving for each plan is shown on its card above.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay through PayPal with a debit card, credit card, or PayPal balance, or with BTC, LTC, USDT, or USDC. In the mobile apps you can also pay through Apple Pay or Google Play.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Subscriptions paid through PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Play renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time, and your plan stays active until the period ends. Crypto payments are one-time, so you renew manually when your plan expires.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Which plan do I need for client accounts or a white-label platform?
The Asset Manager plan is built for managing client-owned exchange accounts. The Community Admin plan is for admins who want their own white-label trading platform, under their brand and domain. Managing a trading community on Cornix itself is free. Contact the team from the Asset Managers page to find the right setup.
